Return & refund

If you are not satisfied for any reason after purchasing a product from JAMMERSTORSENDER, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date the buyer received the product and we will refund the full purchase price. Please contact us before returning an item. JAMMERSTORSENDER will not issue a refund if the product is received by JAMMERSTORSENDER more than 14 days after the original purchaser received the product. JAMMERSTORSENDER will also not issue a refund if the returned product is damaged due to misuse by the purchaser, improper use, accident, abuse or other improper use.

Once we have received your returned product, we will refund you via your original payment method within 3-7 business days. JAMMERSTORSENDER is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit to JAMMERSTORSENDER. We recommend that you ship your returned products to JAMMERSTORSENDER via tracking. Customer is responsible for all additional charges, including but not limited to taxes and duties.

We will confirm receipt of your returned product within 2 business days of receipt and refund the full purchase price of the product within 3-7 business days via the customer's payment method used for the original purchase.
